Habitat Loss

This December 7th is Pearl Harbor Day. It's also the day the Middlesex County NJ Freeholders will host a Public Hearing on an ammendment to our SSA (Sewer Service Area) to allow a natural Gas fired CoGen plant to be built in Sayreville, across The South River from my fair town in a Wetland Climax Forest that provides habitat for a host of plant and animal species, some of which are threatened and endangered... and others which will be EXTIRPATED from the LAST REMAING RIVER CORRIDOR/WILDLIFE CORRIDOR which connects the NJ Pine Barrens unique world gem ecosystem to the Northern part of the Raritan River, which is a corridor for the free flow of wildlife between the two halves of the state. Not only are we "Building a Wall" but we are engaging in a cruel Darwinian experiment by cutting off the flow of GENES (Yeah, you got it right) between wild populations of flora and fauna in the North and South. I know none of you like ' playing God ' with all the HYPE about GMO's, but This is ten times Worse! Come to 75 Bayard St and JFK Square no later than 17:30 on Monday, December 7th...

This is after everyone just abandoned it in favor of selfies, likes and shares.....and despite all that you're still WELCOME to leave a comment here if you care. 03/29/2015 13:17:25 as of 02/09/2015 our Environmental & Shade Tree Commission was re-constituted (I know....it sounds like ' ExLax' but that's what it took.) ...and I'm now a Happy Member...no longer Chair, but With an agenda.

Just quoting a sixties song here, but it's true. America is no longer the "melting pot" it once used to be because everyone who comes here sticks with their own little clans and expects mainstream society to allow them the freedom to do what they want (that's what they expect when they come to a "free" country), but it ends up tearing us apart and separating us even more. Tribalism is Genetic in my opinion, and if you read "The Selfish Gene" by Darrel Dawkins, and the "Electric Meme" they both claim to promote the success of the smallest units over the collectibe whole. Genes are self perpetuating. Memes are self perpetuating (that's what happens when a video goes "viral"), but that's just bullshit and temporary anyway because we've really reached our limits of expansion, both genetically and with regard to "information overload" as alluded to by Steven Tyler and company on the "Nine Lives" CD back around Y2K. So while the world is busy "balkanizing," some, like the leader of Russia, want to grab as many marbles as he can and count the rest of us out...leaving us in our own little realms...or ghettos.

Ever think of what the Mayans said about December 21st, 2012? Well....they said the world will end then, but guess what...it already has for those of us who remember "the good old days" when people worked at jobs for longer than a couple of years, when one could afford to buy a house and send thier kids to college without going into as much debt as the US Govt is in now! So when the election is Over and the Smoke clears (really it will be beginning at that point...and you know what smoke I'm talking about) think about what You have done for your country and the generations that follow in how you have lived your lifestyle and the policies you have promoted through exercising your Most Important Vote....your Consumer Vote! Yes... your buyimg decisions impact everything including the imbalance of trade that has gotten America into the realm of insoluble debt and a future failing of our Fiat Currency system! Likie the old blues number says..."your cash ain't nothin' but trash...but I'd sure like to have me some more!"

The legislative and exeutive branches combined forces and succumbed to China in raising our DEBT CEILING thereby enslaving even more generations of Americans to come.
